Question:
CTelephony gives information about the current GSM cell only. How can I get information about adjacent cells?
Answer:
You can't.
Symbian OS does not expose any native API that allow access to the information about network cells adjacent to the current cell.
This information is available in the modem, and may be made available by phone manufacturers using their own custom interfaces. Contact the phone manufacturer for more information.
